Community Outreach
As a community health center, we fulfill our mission of serving the under-served's health needs in many different ways. We do not limit our care to our clinic sites, but work with the community to increase healthy outcomes for everyone, so you might find us doing cholesterol checks at county fairs, or performing dental screenings in Head Starts, or working with the county health department to make access to health care possible, or with the local school to educate children about good dental care.
